Reservation & Cancellation Policies
- All reservations have to be guaranteed with a 50% advance deposit of the total number of nights for the number of rooms booked, at the rate confirmed.
- The payment for the same has to be made at the resort or at our corporate office at Juhu.
Payments can be made by cash or cheque (atleast 1 week prior to the booking date)
Incase of an online payment through credit cards – please contact us for details.
- Should your booking amount exceed Rs.5000/- we can offer to pick-up the payment from you within Mumbai city limits. Should you require a pick-up of payment for a lesser amount a service charge of Rs.100/- is applicable. (cash only)
- Balance payment for the room for the length of the entire stay to be made on arrival at the time of check-in at the front office.
- Cancellation 7 days prior to day and time of arrival will be entitled to an alternate booking date within 30 days of cancellation date (subject to availability).
- In the event that cancellations are made less than 7 days but prior to 48 hours before check-in, there will be a cancellation fee of 50% (for the number of rooms booked for the total number of days) at confirmed rate (Excluding tax).
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in or no-shows are subject to 100% cancellation charges (for the number of rooms booked for the total number of days) at confirmed rate (Excluding tax).
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT POLICY
- The check-in time is 11:00 AM /check - out time is 10:00AM
- Late Checkouts and early check ins are subject to availability.
- Checkouts after 1100 hours are subject to 100% of the room tariff.
- All arrivals prior to 8am are billed from the previous night.
