Our standard check-in / check-out times are 11:30AM and 10:00AM respectively.
If you will be checking out later than the standard time, the accommodation package will reflect 2 day charges. Extra persons in the same room will be charged at Rs.500/- each.

To confirm the booking we would require an advance payment of 50%.
A confirmation letter on the Company letterhead is required for Corporate booking confirmations.
Final bill for room tariffs must be settled by cash/credit card at the resort while you check in.
Remaining bills can be settled by cash/credit card at the resort while you check out.

We do not sell or serve alcohol on our premises and we do not permit alcohol in any public area of the property such as the poolside, restaurant and buffet areas. For parties/picnics, we do levy a charge for ice consumed. Sodas and aerated waters are charged at actuals.

Cut-off time for Dj’s and loud music on parties/events is 10:30 PM.

Guests can order meals on an a la carte basis from our menus; for groups of 10 people or more, we offer buffet services and meal packages. Guests are required to book such services at least 2 days in advance and will be charged for the minimum guarantee committed.

Room Service is available for items specified on the “Room Service Menu” only. This menu levies a service charge of 10%. If any items out of this menu are ordered in Room Service, it attracts a service charge of 25%.

Should you require any purchases to be made from outside of our premises during your stay please contact the front office. This service has a charge of Rs.200/- and is available if any manpower is available at the time.

The use of the swimming pool is complimentary to room guests upto the specified occupancy limit of the room; Extra guests in any room and non-resident guests are required to pay Rs100/- for the use of the pool. Proper lycra swimwear is compulsory while using the pool.

A cover charge of Rs.100/- per person is applicable for walk-in guests.
This may be redeemed against pool use, outdoor sports/games or Food & Beverage Services.

Incase of any issues regarding power supply, water services, cable TV or any infrastructure service which is disrupted due to the government supplier, vendor or natural circumstances beyond the control of the management, no claims or discounts will be entertained/issued.

Incase of any untoward events or misbehaviour of guests, damage to property or any such incident where the management’s code of conduct is disrespected, the management reserves the right to ask guests to leave the premises.

No pets allowed for day or residential guests. For more details, contact management.

Room tariffs mentioned are for accommodation only; they do not include any meals.
Taxes are as applicable on all rates.
